I’ve designed a variety of newsletters geared at existing clients and customer bases. Find examples below.
Various tone’s of voice, useful information (not selling) and cross platform referrals were some of the goals.
Music Service
I act as the “face” of many of our products and TM NEXT is one of our most robust with a large subscriber base. I try to keep a light, friendly tone of voice for me and, by extension, the brand. We aim to diseminate information, offer creative assistance, and present cross-genre highlights; show Country users whats happening in CHR and AC in case they have an opportunity to add more channels.
Production Music Library
This is a rather massive product line that I manage. We will never try to update the WHOLE service in one monthly newsletter but we have a lot to cover. Goals are to never sell in this stage of the user experience but to always demonstrate new and relevant features of this ever-evolving platform. Knowing our user-base is not as proficient with audio production I like to produce tutorials showing alternative use-cases for the content for which they already pay.
